How we use submitted information

Alex Trading Group uses submitted information to review sourcing requests, communicate with buyers, coordinate China-side project support, and respond to inquiries.

When you contact us, you may send product photos, drawings, supplier links, quotation screenshots, SKU lists, destination details, target quantities, timelines, shipment questions, and contact information. We treat this information as project information and use it to understand the sourcing situation.

We may collect information that you submit through the website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication channels.

  • Product category or product description
  • Target quantity, market, destination, and timeline
  • Product photos, drawings, specifications, SKU lists, or sample notes

  • Any other details you choose to send for sourcing or project review

Inquiry and project details

We collect inquiry and project details so we can understand what you need help with. This may include supplier search, supplier review, quotation follow-up, sample coordination, production follow-up, inspection coordination, warehouse handling, loading preparation, or shipment planning.

Uploaded files and attachments

You may upload or send project files such as product photos, technical drawings, quotation screenshots, SKU lists, supplier files, packing lists, sample photos, or shipment documents.

We use uploaded files to review your request, understand the product or supplier situation, and communicate with you about possible next steps. Please do not upload files that you are not allowed to share.

Supplier links, quotations, and screenshots

If you send supplier links, quotation screenshots, supplier names, chat records, or platform screenshots, we use them to review the sourcing situation and understand what needs to be checked or clarified.

These materials are treated as project information. They are not used as public website content unless separately agreed.

Website usage data

When you visit our website, basic technical and usage data may be collected. This may include browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate location, referring page, and site interaction data.

We use this information to keep the website working, understand which pages are useful, and improve the inquiry experience.

When information may be shared
